Vinyasa Flow -
Monday, 18:30

Follow your breath through a dynamic flowing asana practice.
Focus your attention on your breath and a healthy body alignment.

Each practice will follow a fresh creative sequence of postures called Asana. The focus is set on a specific anatomical region, such as the shoulders or pelvis, or on a specific topic, such as backbends, rotations, or stability and lightness, etc.

The practice involves providing variations of asanas to meet individual needs and make each posture accessible at the individual level.for everyone at your own level.
For those who like, I offer hands-on adjustments and additional stretches.
The practice finishes with a well-deserved final relaxation (Shavasana).

Your mind will be so busy with breath, movement and concentration that you can leave everything else behind for 90 minutes and walk refreshed and relaxed into the evening.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga -
Friday, 17:30

In Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga you follow your breath (Ujjayii) through a fixed sequence of body positions (Asana), with focused gaze (Drishti) you direct your attention into here and now.

Initially you have time to center yourself and to consciously arrive at the end of the week.
Next you gently stretch your body in the flow of the breath to prep yourself for the practice before being warmed up by a series of sun salutations A and B.

Following this there will be standing and then sitting asanas (body positions), which will be adapted individually to suit your anatomy. Each asana is held for five breaths.

The practice is accompanied by gentle adjustments and assists and finishes with a final relaxation.
